Default church on cnn

The church is on the front page of CNN right now. It's not the lead story but one of the side ones.

Here's the link if it disappears from the front page.

Tobias: No, it never does. I mean, these people somehow delude themselves into thinking it might, but...but it might work for us.

I didn't know Angel Moroni was a registered trademark.

very interesting.. registered trademark.. who knew? If it's not a registered trademark, then I have no problem with them doing it. Tacky, yes, offensive to some, yes, but if not illegal, who cares?

I agree. The church should be upset if it's trademarked, but otherwise why should people get their panties in a ruffle?

Are they are church or a business? Hard to tell sometimes.

Is use of a trademark in a satire protected like use of a piece of writing/song in a satire? I'm guessing no, but, thankfully, I'm not a lawyer.

Are businesses only allowed trademark protection?
