I wish they made them more like normal underwear, just with the requisite inserts.

I would absolutely love that. The females have some spandexy material for the bottoms that are close enough to dry fit that it's doable.

Perhaps some of those zoobies taking P.E. classes at BYU should get a clue. I have seen my share of sagging BYU-issue shorts that still didn't quite cover the g's. Hello--they're not long enough to cover your garments because they are not meant to be worn over your garments.
