Found out, compared to the Cat1s, I'm old fat guy who lactates too early.

Lactating? That's something we have in common then.

This is very good news for cycling in Utah. The guy is top notch in the field of cycling exercise physiology. Several of my riding buddies have gone through his testing program and were very impressed with him.

Makes you wonder what happened with the program in Davis with Heiden, et al.

Heiden and Testa work together. Testa is helping one of the cycling teams I sponsor.

I hope to shed this old man's body and actually look like an athlete this coming year.

Cool. I need to take advantage of this, especially because TOSH is a 5 minute bike ride from my house.

Testa is world class, and few Utahns appreciate his abilities. Utah cyclists have a resource second to none.

Are you saying that Heiden will also be working out of TOSH? I didn't catch that in the IHC article. If so, thats another great addition to Utah sports medicine. I've had several former patients of his and he is a great surgeon.

Eric is sitting to our right of Testa in the photo.

My friend and client is friendly with him. I hope to meet the guy some day.
