True indeed. Quite funny. I wonder what will happen with the two office locations.

The ending was priceless -- with the gaydar going off on Dwight.

"Oh, there's Oscar's roommate Gill. I wonder if he knows that Oscar's gay?"

I also wonder what they're going to do about the two office locations. "Who put my calculator in the jello? Seriously, who did it?"

Ed Helms is great and will be a good addition to the show. I have a feeling that there will be 2 offices for a few more weeks, but that Helms transfers to the Scranton office (Hey Big Tuna)...Roy will win back Pam because Pam wants to be loved...Jim comes back to the office right after Roy wins Pam back and everything is back to normal.

I watched the Office last night, and while I laughed it just seemed like a not nearly as good imitation of the UK version. I'm not sure if I will continue watching it.

This episode was a little closer to the UK Office version for a variety of reasons. As I have said before, it is not really fair to compare the two shows with each other. Even though they share the same setting and the same name, the shows are quite different in material, jokes, etc. The british Office is one of my all time favorite shows...but the american version is a pretty good show in its own right. I no longer compare the two against each other and just enjoy why the american version is funny for what it is.

I haven't laughed that hard watching TV in a long time.

The Office episode last night had me laughing out loud.

Where did they find "Dwight" anyway? Has he been on anything else very well known prior to the Office? That guy is so dang funny. I don't laugh out loud very often at televevision, but there were several times in last night's show where I did. The two already mentioned were classic (Gaydar and Oscars roommate) and the scene where he is fake crying about missing Jim was hysterical.
