Sounds like quid pro quo sex that I learned about today in my meeting.
In this case, it does sound more like prostitution than rape, although that may also depend on their relationshi prior to the exchange of rides for sexual favors. IE if he was some sort of adult figure in her life, then it would be more of a rape case. If he were some stranger that she met on myspace then I would consider it more on the prostitution side. |
