When I was talking about the concept of "believing blood" I am speculating on the idea that some people are morme attuned to spiritual things than others. There is also the idea that some people may be purposefully "blinded" by God to belief in the restoration, because God has other purposes for them (I have heard this articulated by a BYU religion professor).
