This is not far-fetched. In Dallas and Houston, there are large hospital/clinic systems for the indigent, that include the illegals. It is paid for by a special property tax.

If Obamacare goes through, the 30% of Texans that are uninsured drops to 25%. And a very large proportion of the 25% will be illegals.

What happens next?

I think it's an interesting question. (Btw, Dallas County is democratic, and is trending even more strongly democratic--every single elected judge is a democrat. Heck, the sherriff is a lesbian democrat, and she was re-elected after constantly being in the news for having an incompetent dept).
