Default Have you ever sent a son/daughter out to the mission field?

What a gut wrenching experience! I thought I was prepared since both my wife and I have been looking forward to this day for 19 years. It was more difficult than I thought it would be. I can now understand why my Mom was “sobbing” when she dropped me off at the Greyhound bus terminal back in 1981. I have five more boys…I hope it gets easier.

Good luck. Things get a little better after you get that first letter and he seems to be doing good. It's three weeks tomorrow for me and I was doing pretty good until yesterday and I really started missing him again. I feel your pain. The only plus is I've been using his driver and I hit the crap out of it.

Does anyone remember that talk in GC a few years ago about people who, instead of playing a song on the piano, just play the same key over and over again?

What does height and skin color have to do with living conditions?

That's funny, when you consider that the supermarkets in Dallas are segregated essentially.
