Your General Conference Talk
If you were a GA and had to give a General Conference talk, what would your subject be? Don't tell me you haven't daydreamed about it sometimes.
My topics change. In law school, I would have spoken on self-sufficiency (echoing the older generations on this subject). Today, I think I'd speak about the commandment to be of good cheer. (It would be a nuanced talk)

We could publish my self-sufficiency talk and your survivalism talk as a pair.

And when you got up to speak everyone would listen very carefully until they could tell if it was the former (in which case they saty awake) or the latter (and down go the eyelids until the wild-eyed Waters gets up to scream about survivalism).

I hate giving a talk in Sacrament Meeting, so I can honestly say that I've never daydreamed about giving a talk at General Conference. Ever.

It's not the experience of giving the talk, but what you want the membership to hear.
