VO2 Max running test
Here is a link to VO2 Max test through the Nike Plus site. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but its pretty simple and doesn't necessarily need the iPod to complete.

You mistook me for 71. I was surprised because it seems those numbers don't make sense. I know lots of people in my range, and all of us are superior? I was superior for all ages. It seems they set the bar reasonably low.
