Very hard for me to count all of them, but I have seen all 10 of the Top 10 and 16 of the Top 20.
I am weak in the pre-1955 category. I still don't get how The Wizard of Oz is a top 10 movie. I much prefer The Wiz, which was the all black adaptation starring Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Nipsy Russell, and Richard Pryor as the the Wizard. War the Godfather, Citizen Kane, and Raging Bull being top 5.

No Strange Brew?
No Caddyshack? No Animal House? This list is a sham.

Does AFI have a "Worst 100 List"?
If not, I can provide several for it, including a substantial number that are on it's Best list.

This shows how silly the list is. For example, Amadeus and Patton, both great movies, are moved off the list, not because they were bumped down by something added later, but apparently because tastes changed. This is a popularity contest and little else and I wouldn't put too much stock in it outside of the first ten or 12 movies.

http://www.imdb.com/chart/top It is based on thousands (in some cases hundreds of thousands) of votes by viewers. Still a "popularity contest" in essence, but more meaningful and certainly less volatile.

Ones I've seen in bold. Obviously some significant gaps for me.
