Default It is official....Las Vegas Bowl tickets are released to CC

$75 a pop. The $25 surcharge is to "establish further BYU's national football tradition and prominence."

I wonder how many UCLA boosters are purchasing their tickets as we speak?

"establish further BYU's national football tradition and prominence". I wonder if that is code for we subsidize tickets for the big wigs up in SLC and on campus so they won't shut down the program when we have a scandal now and then.

I am glad they are charging more.

Next step: price out the freeloading cheapskates in the West stands who are leeching seats for one more generation.

Once they are gone, BYU can really start thinking about revenue from ticket sales.

My guess is at least 4. Maybe even 5.

I bought 6 tickets, so I did my part to help the tradition and prominence.

I'm talking about 4 or 5 separate sales of one ticket each. Yours is still a single transaction.

Partially invested is better than not invested.

I seriously am glad there are folks like you to carry on the torch for BYU. I guess it is my age, but I am finding myself fading in my enthusiasm. I can envision myself as one of those guys who goes just to the games I am really interested in and this isn't one of them.

Bronco talking about dumming down the schedule has me even further bummed. I hope there really are plenty of fans out there who get excited about mediocre teams coming to LES and will pay up to just see us win.

That way there will still be some games each year I will be interested in going to.

I definitely will travel to the Washington game and be at the UCLA game. Unless UNM, SDSU, Wyoming, or UNLV prove to be surprise teams in the conference, I am leaning to selling my tickets to those games to someone who would like to sit on the 50 yard line and watch us blow someone out.
