I saw it. It is a good movie.
The soundtrack is really good. Sondre Lerche. Most of the movie is either sad or slow, so if you are expecting some Sleepless in Seattle date night, dont go. It has an offbeat charm to it, however. Saw some of the other comments to it on CB.....this movie has an indie vibe to it....very underproduced and not a lot of affectations in the acting, so once again, dont go expecting slapstick.

I liked it a lot more than I was expecting to like it. Definitely a film worth seeing.

Before I can answer your question, I need to know if you are straight or not.

It looks like a chick flick to me.

Is this about straight love or gay love, because if it's not about straight sex, I don't wish to see it. I've grown more tolerant but Brokeback Mountain is not for me.
So is it about straight people having sex or not?

Good flick. Acting was actually pretty good; the premise wasn't too cookie-cutter and neither was the comedy or romance (which is refreshing); the family's interaction and dynamic is quite interesting and realistic, but maintains a good, witty humor at the same time; and overall it was 3-3.5 star movie in my book.
My wife likes most chick-flicks and she liked this one more than most she's seen. She told me on the way out of the theater that she wanted it on DVD, which is her gold-stamp of approval. I would recommend it and say that it's a lot more enjoyable than most of the chick-flicks I've seen. |

For someone so obsessed with the Greeks, I would have thought you have actually experimented with gay sex already. You know, to help with the breathing on the long and short vowel pronounciations....
