I wonder on a percentage basis how many Bishops and SP's commit sexual indescretions vs Catholic Priests. I am sure both organizations try to keep those percentages non-public.
Why is at always with the RS prez? Are RS presidents total bimbo's just waiting for the bishop or stake prez to make an advance? Does a philandering bishop or stake prez pick out the woman he has the best chance with to call as RS prez? This deserves some analysis.

Don't most affairs occur in the work place? I think the church now has a lot more safeguards in place. This situation of which I speak occured about 25 years ago.

Most affairs are relationships of opportunity.

If you spend too much time away from your sexual partner and with another person for whom you have respect and interest, it is a natural consequence for some to take initially innocent relationship beyond points of no return.

This is exactly why women don't have the priesthood, in my opinion. Imagine a Bishop with someone else's wife as 1st counselor.

I had never thought of that, but it might be why it may not happen.
