Oh...and another though how Dumbledor could come back in the last book...perhaps Dumbledor, in researching/finding the horcruxes....made one for himself, allowed Snape to 'kill' him (per se) and he will come back to life in the last book to kill Voldemort off for good.

No but they are esteemed quite highly for the powers and are regarded as sacred so all but Voldemort and some of the Deatheaters protect them. Feasting on their blood can stave off death but the side effects are dire for having killed such a pure creature.

I must confess that I am a Harry Potter fan. I've read all of the books and seen all of the movies.
I can't fault anyone that disses the books after reading one. They read one, they didn't like it, enough said. However, those that diss the books without ever having read them, well, an ostrich and sand come to mind. |
