I found the anti-Mormon version of Grapevine

I was looking at Rodney Stark's book on Mormonism on amazon.com.

Came across this review. Got a good laugh out of it.

The price is incredible for nothing of worth.

-When you write information of scientific nature, don't quote your own studies in every single issue you are using.
-When using terms you don't understand, don't use them. Economics was discussed and the term sunk cost comes up. Sunk cost is unrecoverable expenses that you can no longer think of. Yet Stark uses this as meaning what is spended that keeps people on a particular religion.
-Starks, you aren't a economist. Stop throwing in economics. It is laughable that the author doesn't understand more then basic levels of understanding.
-Excomication. Where was that in the WHOLE entire study? Why would someone not leave this church and the numbers be accurate? How about being socially ostrosized?
-Because you aren't welling to put forth scientific studies doesn't mean that the church can't be emperically tested.
-All non mormon scholars do not believe in the mesoamerican connection. The cracking of the Maya language was the 21st centuries largest triumph. And you compair it to the codexes? You are behind in your true field work outside of the churches own propoganda. But more importantly why was this even in the book? Stark claims it as fact...yet mormon historical "facts" is not the topic of this "unbiased" book.

Absolutely a horribly biased read.

That's nothing. Check out this gem from the Provo Daily Herald comments page:

"A Pertussis Epidemic is choking up Utah County"

Why is that, Because of all the lossers with no health insurance in Utah.

They should make all the retarded mormons stop pay all there money to the Mormon church and put it on health insurance.

If someone can't pay for Insurance and they get sic, no one should help them because they are loosers."

You have to give this person some credit. They realized that their first attempt at the word "loser" didn't looked quite right, so they changed it up a little bit on the next attempt. I have little doubt that if their essay had required a third use of the word "loser", they would have got it right.
