I bet McCain is wishing he could get a mulligan on his VP pick....had he picked Romney, the Rep ticket would have the ONLY candidate truly qualified to discuss the economy.

And he could be going on the OFFENSIVE about the economy. As it stands, McCain has to pray that nobody brings it up.

Huh? Are we talking about anything else?

I'm not the one with thread A.D.D.

Looks like I overestimated you.
I leave you now with this wonderful exchange:

Quote:
MCCAIN: Senator Obama is the chairperson of a committee that oversights NATO that's in Afghanistan. To this day, he has never had a hearing. I mean, it's remarkable.

OBAMA: Look, I'm very proud of my vice presidential selection, Joe Biden, who is the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and as he explains, and as John well knows, the issues of Afghanistan, the issues of Iraq, critical issues like that, don't go through my subcommittee because they're done as a committee as a whole.
"I never held a hearing because I'm proud of my VP pick." Hello, non sequitur.

Probably too complex for you to get it.

Simplified: you are wrong.
His subcommittee oversights NATO, which currently has troops deployed in Afghanistan, as McCain clearly stated. It's cute of Obama to blame this on his VP, but it's his own fault for holding no hearings.

Of course, Obama gets confused about which committee he's even on.

In other words, Obama voted "present" yet again. Just like he's doing on the bailout bill.

And still not a single hearing. Too busy garnering "executive experience" running for President.

Perhaps if he loses, he could just keep on running. By 2008 he could claim 6 years of executive experience.

Palin clueless? That is ridiculous. With our relationship on the rocks with Russia, it is comforting to have someone that has been on our first line of defense and knows Russia intimately. If Russia decides to send their troops to attack Alaska, we have someone that can handle that.

You started the thread off with Ed Shultz talking points. At least Hannity has an audience.
