Tough question. I've been introduced to some issues that I was not blissfully not aware of before (although this is tough to delineate--I started reading Rough Stone Rolling about the same time as discovering CG). As a result, I have a few more doubts about some aspects of the church than I had before.

However, it's very strengthening to see intelligent members of the Church who remain active while still aware of some of the controversies. I also am very encouraged by the diversity of opinion I see here, and has been sorely lacking in my wards, both in and out of Utah (ironically, some of the most mullah-ish attitudes I encountered were outside of Utah).

Overall, I would say my faith in the Gospel is stronger.
