Demand for gas is actually DOWN in the US.
Chrysler, GM, Ford moving rapidly towards extinction as people stop buying big SUVs and trucks. Of course these companies can't build decent cars, have fought all green-type improvements, and are against the raising of CAFE standards. Americans forced to go green. This is the equivalent to the gas tax that many had proposed to force conservation, like many countries do. Cities that didn't put in rail and tram now being punished. For example the suburban cities in DFW that voted against public transport are now going to be in big trouble, IMO. Huge mistake. |

The Hummer dealership next to my house is stocking their lot with more and more Cadillacs. Hummer prices are ridiculously low.

I can honestly say that the Hummer is the gayest car that I have ever seen. And this is coming from a metrosexual. Seriously...Its seriously like the guy is broadcasting to the world, 'I have a small male part and no junk in the trunk, so I bought this car to compensate for it.' The only gayer car may possibly be a light blue Jetta.

I've got to admit. High gas prices are actually not great.
