28% is only for the richest 1.5%. Middle class will keep 15%, poor 5%. I'm not a tax accountant, so I don't know the details of the definition of a startup. Again, predictions that this rate hike will hamper growth are grossly exaggerated.

Furthermore, his plan is loaded with middle-class tax relief. Americans work harder than anyone else, yet median wages have been stagnant the past 30 years.
