so i found www.bikeforums.net where there is a ton of information and i don't have to fill up the cycling part of the message board with all my mumbo jumbo novice questions! thanks for all your help thus far however! from this point forward you won't be bothered with the lame questions... i'll be able to find answers to my questions that have already been asked easier i think with their sticky threads. however i do enjoy reading about everybody's rides and what you all are doing for training..
