re: MTN and the BYU/MSU game
http://www.thefansports.com/blog/1/custom/Holmoe-PK.mp3 Notice the very last sound bite of whether the MTN will be on satellite. Last edited by exUte; 12-11-2007 at 03:16 PM. |

I listened to the end. Holmoe thinks there is going to be satellite distribution eventually.
Not exactly groundbreaking. Personally, I'm not sure it matters. They might as well broadcast us on QVC or the Playboy channel, and we would have more eyeballs. |

Holmoe's a good BYU/church PR guy. He says only what he's supposed to say. PK didn't do a good job trying to get him to open up.
Holmoe's stance seems to have changed since I've heard him in the past. In the past, he says MTN's great for us, we just need better distribution, it's on the verge of making it, and it's going to be great. Now his tone seems to be "this sucks and we're not happy about it". I guess that's progress. PK asked if MTN would get satellite distribution, Holmoe says he believes it will. PK asked if it will by next football season. Holmoe actually sounds like he has some guts in his answer "It better." |

You know, I was actually thinking as I was listening to this interview, "Too bad they didn't get a professional to interview him, instead of someone for his personal blog."
LOL, first time I have heard PK. PK, you out there? I'M LAYING DOWN THE SMACK. |
