I've probably started 20 of them. I'll write faithfully for awhile, then I read someone else's blog and realize how much more creative and interesting than me they are, and I shut it down.

I would like to start a blog to promote my philosophies and world view and propagate my cult. But first, I have to finish The Book.

Yeah, how is that book (trilogy?) coming?

It's just one book now. Completely revised. I'm going through and revising and adding some character development recomended by a good editor I had look at it. I'm pleased with it and believe I am closing in on a pitchable product.

Here's a nice blogging model you should follow.

I've tried blogging as well, but I think that a lot of the appeal of getting one's opinions out there is lost a little bit because of the boards. If I ever have thoughts I want to share or thought provoking questions, I just post them here or on CB or UFN.

I also tried the Doogie Howser word doc on the desk top journal thing...and that worked for about two weeks. I think I made 2 or 3 long entries and gave up on that.

It's probably fun if you can stick with it and have enough people interested in it so that you know you aren't just wasting your time.
