I seem to recall that about a year or two ago there was a letter from the First Presidency instructing wards to cut back on primary age kids bearing testimony on F&T meeting. Anyone remember the details of that? Or how it was worded? I have searched www.lds.org and I can't find it.
The reason I ask is that since that time we have had very few kiddie testimonies. But today the kids took over the meeting and it was a free-for-all. We had some discussions afterwards and it seemed that most folks did not remember the letter. And I couldn't remember many details about it. Thanks in advance.
