I wish we had more of that going on instead of the Kenneth Cope / Janice Kapp Perry stuff. Back when we were at Ricks, Mrs. FM was in the initial production of an oratorio written by Crawford Gates called Visions of Eternity. I think they did one every other year after that one ... that was the plan anyway. But you rarely hear of it or the others being done ... sad. But ever stake / region has done My Servant Joseph, Women at the Well, etc. Not that those are terrible ... it would just be nice to see some of the really powerful music done as well.
