I'm not familiar with any of them.
I notice they limited it to the 80s. Perhaps they know that none on this list can match Boris and Natasha, Snidely Whiplash or Yosemite Sam?

I really want to get into this list.....but I don't care enough about it. cartoon villains are not my thing.

I hate cartoon villains. They give children nightmares. I know of one vulnerable young boy who had a recurring nightmare that Gargumel was going to use him as a substitute in his famous smurf stew.
