Default It was a good day.

I had a *great* workout in the pool (I know you guys love your bikes, but there's nothing like a good swim), and I finally got to put the trainer away for the season. hooray!

I have been struggling through 3 weeks of itb syndrome. Got out on a 20 mile ride today and it felt great. That was my first ride in months. It was 84 degrees and not a cloud in the sky.

Sorry, but I attended the measly University of Utah and thus am a little slow. I am unable to comprehend this message of yours. Could you kindly post a photo of your experience? Thanks.

Must have been something in the air. I had the best workout yesterday (running) since I had the baby. Felt great after basically being cooped up all week with a sick kiddo.

Yesterday had a great 60 with a brick four mile run and an easy 30 today, but it's 90 in Vegas.

I left at 11:00, I knew you'd already have ridden 70 by then.

I had a great workout too this weekend! Lost 3lb. Next time I could do without the fever, cough and altitude sickness.
