ISIS and the Republican Neocons
IMO, it's hard to argue with the logic of this article, but I'm sure John McCain or GWB or Dick Cheney or their fans would like to. I don't know how it's possible not to believe our attacking of Iraq didn't help create a long list of problems in the middle east we're seeing today. Even most neocons now admit it was a mistake to go into Iraq. The funny thing is they then turn around and advocate the exact same strategies in other countries.
I actually heard Lindsey Graham in an interview on MSNBC say he would like to send thousands of troops back into Iraq and then go in and take over Syria and keep troops there for years on end. I guess he doesn't realize or thinks the inevitable war that would ensue with Iran when we're there taking out their buddy Assad would be a good thing. And then the Russians find a reason to cause more trouble in E. Europe when we go to war with Iran and then then the Chinese decide it's a good time to attack a few countries to assert their claim on the entire S. China Sea...Things could get seriously out of control all over the planet pretty quickly if and when it's perceived that we're trying to escalate things. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bruce-...usaolp00000592 Last edited by BlueK; 06-10-2015 at 08:07 PM. |

GOP should focus upon two issues, economy and privacy.
Look at this second breach of privacy. http://www.politico.com/story/2015/0...4.html?hp=t2_r
