Default My ward is so small....

1. That we don't have any priests to bless the sacrament.

2. We don't have enough Aaronic Priesthood to pass the sacrament.

3. The primary classes for ages 3, 4, and 5 are combined.

4. There are no 11 year old scouts.

5. High Priests often HT with their wives and get double credit for HT/VT.

6. The ward budget can't afford to cover basic costs for the Scouting program.

7. When the next ward prepares the sacrament they just reuse the water trays and cups which weren't used in our sacrament (over half the cups). [This is particularly genius]

8. Each youth gets to give a talk in sacrament meeting every year. Sometimes two!

9. We had a period of 4 years where not a single family moved in to a house they had bought.

...

On the other hand, the ward next to us has over 100 youth in their YM and YW program.
