Default So far in 2007 there have been 5

arrests of BYU BB and FB players. There has been one arrest of a Ute player.

Is it that this is just an odd year? Is it that the cops are more prone to arrest someone in Utah County? Are BYU athletes more inclined to not think things through before acting?

I wonder on a per capita basis if more BYU students are arrested than U of U students?

I wonder if it really isn't the gotcha climate surrounding BYU. I haven't heard of a U student trying to poison his wife. I haven't heard of U student having his fiance kidnapped by his future in-laws.

Maybe if some BYU fans would tout a little less how above everyone else they are, people wouldn't be so anxious to do gotcha's.

It should be noted that Mark Hacking was a Ute.

But in fairness to Utah, I don' think Mark Hacking really 'attended' Utah. He was too busy sitting on his ass at home faking reading thru medical books.

I am talking about students. I don't think he was a student.

Oh, but he pretended to be one. That's good enough for me.

You just aren't talking to the right people 71.

We all know...according to some...that all the attornies and judges in SLC are Utah fans...that is why so many crimes go unreported and not prosecuted.

He was a Ute, but didn't he claim to be a Tarheel? That might get us off the hook for that one.

While the result may be the same, I don't think it is because they are Ute fans.

There is a different culture in Utah County. I don't know who creates it, BYU, Eagle Forum or just that it is a rural County. I noticed they are accepting a lot of illegals in that County so maybe the culture will eventually change and breaking the law won't be such a big deal.

It's obvious now that we needed to hire Whitt instead of Bronco.
