New Offensive staff has a good mix of experience and diversity
Fesi, former OC at Weber State;
Roderick, former OC at Utah; Clark, again with TEs and former OC at SUU; Pugh, former OL coach at Texas SA, plus was a GA at Auburn, LSU. Better staff than previously.

This is a reaction to failures with a young staff.

maybe 2. Crowton had 3 really bad years in a row. Sitake has had one.

I think Archaea is right. One year. If the stands are empty again next year, he is done.

It sure seems that Sitake is getting a staff he wants now, and I have no way to predict how the team will fare next year, given a semi-rigorous schedule, but he seems to be assembling a capable staff.
