Welcome Coach Sitake
I don't know much about you other than the bullets on your CV. Never heard you speak on recorded media. I really don't have an idea if you are a good coach. To some degree, since you have never been a HC, no one does.
But I'm really crossing my fingers that you can inject some enthusiasm into this program, that you can recruit better players, and you can take us to the next level. Good luck! |

He comes with the reputation of being a great recruiter. It wouldn't be that hard to improve on Bronco in that area, IMO.

How do you explain that Holmoe flew out to Portland, and flew Sitake in in a private jet while Niu got a commercial flight?

I hadn't heard that.
I don't know. Commercial jet vs. private jet. My guess is that based on the idea that they would save $500,000 a year on salary with Sitake vs. KN, they could splurge an extra $10k for the recruitment. |
