Is an Ivy League undergrad education worth $200k?
Any opinions out there?
I'm talking about for those of us who have kids that won't qualify for financial aid, but on the other hand, aren't wealthy either. I admit that I'm biased towards thinking it is not worth the cost in most cases. |

Not to mention the very good private schools around here. Cost above 20k per year for tuition.
3 kids 160k x 3 through 12th grade 200k x 3 for college = 480 + 600 = 1.08 million versus good public education ($0) + BYU (2k/semester tuition) |

Not a Dartmouth education, no. Some others, yes.
