church is again taking small steps on women's issues
http://m.deseretnews.com/article/865...acebook.com%2F
Women were allowed to pray in GC. Now women are joining these councils. It really is baby steps. There's so much more that can be done. And will be done. I'm just worried that we have not prepared girls and women in this church for their future role. The time to act is now. |

The idea that it is good and useful to exclude women from committees blows my mind. I don't know what to say. |

Church is learning from the RLDS' dumb mistakes of moving too fast and losing half their membership.

My guess is that more people have resigned from the church in the past 10 years than all the years prior put together.
We can't expect to reach our potential keeping half the talent on the bench. |
