So when I quoted out of the Joseph Smith manual last Sunday in chapter 13 where he says we earn our salvation, I must have been full of shit. Or maybe the dude I was quoting was full of shit. Statements like that from Joseph Smith are the only reason I'm still paying tithing and bothering with Church anymore.
