He didn't walk across the stage at graduation? Was he still taking courses or finished? Are you saying they hadn't completed the ministerial act of mailing him his degree?

Of course, Galileo died at the age of around 80 due to complications from a hernia, but still. I'm guessing Jay Omer forced him to perform squat thrusts against his will. [SU, here's where you can draw upon your BoM knowledge and speak to "murderers of the spirit."] |

My understanding is they had yet to complete the adminstrative process of reviewing his credits and confimring he had completed all requirements. Hence no degree. He claims coursework was all completed, BYU has not stated either way due to rpivacy issues. Again, I am not defedning, but I don't think they went back and retoractively yanked it, I think they suspended it before it was issued, sort of like they might do if he owed a liobrary fine or tuition or something.

"Hardy walked in BYU commencement ceremonies in August, but a BYU administrator informed him in a letter dated Sept. 30 that he had been deleted from the August graduation list and would not be awarded his degree in broadcasting." Weanies. Really, this is a gift for any sports program that recruits against BYU.
