Less than. Less than. Of course, if I worked 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year on that newsletter, my gross would be considerably more than danimal's. He'll surpass that though in the next couple of years.

I was referencing the "less of a man" aspect of my post, but I also understand your point.

Salaries and Benefits Actuaries are well compensated. Experienced Fellows have the potential to earn from $150,000 to $250,000 annually. In fact, did you know that new Associate actuaries earned a higher salary than the average MBA in 2002? Compensation may vary significantly according to years of experience, industry, geographic region, and responsibilities. For example, an actuary with a Fellowship designation working as a financial manager in the banking industry could earn a higher salary than another Fellow working in the health insurance industry.

I think this poll, if complete, honest, and representative of the posters here indicates that the average poster is likely more affluent than the avg. American.
I wonder if CG is more affluent than CB. |

Based on the way people talk about their jobs here, I would expect more in the >150K range. I guess we have a lot of big talkers. I'm shocked.

Since 90% of them are living in their moms basement playing video games and looking up porn I would guess yes.

Interesting poll. I can't help but wonder how much more money we could all make if we didn't spend so much time farting around on the internet.
