If Ashcorft had a child in combat and that child were captured and waterboarded, I guess Ashcroft would simply recognize it as an advanced interrogation technique that yielded good info for the enemy?

FYI, Ashcroft's son did serve aboard a Navy destroyer in the Persian Gulf. At least he did back in 2004. Just sayin...
