The best DC's do a good job CONFUSING the opponent. If the QB knows what the defense is going to be every play, if he is worth anything, he will be able to make some plays.

He owned up to Tulsa (500+ yards). He won the other two, managing two mobile QBs very well (350 yards).

Are you going to start complaining that we didn't pass the ball enough against SDSU?

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

Is he?

I agree he needs to bring pressure unpredictably and if he had done that in the Tulsa game we would have won.

However, he has four walk-on dbs playing and we don't have the talent to consistently play man-to-man.

In earlier years, he gambled quite a bit, only to blow up big plays. So I think he's playing the percentages of making an opponent chip away consistently. I don't see that as being a pussy but playing the percentages.

I had forgotten how fun Fui is to watch when he's healthy and running hard. It ain't pretty, but he sure works hard for those last couple of yards.

That was a pretty TD catch by Collie at the end of the first video.

Mike would really rather win by 9 than just 2.
