1,2,3, and 9 are all on my top list, maybe not 10 but 20 for sure.

I would suggest Citizen Kane, Lawrence of Arabia or number 8.

Atmosphere. Dialog. Long-term impact. And the fact that I love mob movies.

Which movie would you pick?

Here is a list based purely on viewer votes:

Not only does Mike own The Wizard of Oz, but he has seen Wicked seven times and sings Defying Gravity in his sleep.

Because he's cool.

that makes sense and helps me understand where you are coming from.

I was hesitant to question you cause I was thinking to myself that I had no idea what I thought the top movie was.

read through that list of user picks, I may have to go with Rear Window, but I did really like Shindlers list . Of course Shawshank Redemption may be my top one as well. I suck at these things. Ok I say it is Young Frankenstein, at least that is my favorite movie.

I wouldn't even put The Godfather in my top 50. I have a hard time picking a favorite movie but The Outlaw Jose Wells comes close. From your link I would include in no particular order:

Aliens
High Noon
Ben-Hur
Lord of the Rings the Two Towers
Emprie Strikes Back

And many more not on that list

LOL. There you go.

Picking one movie is tough. But kind of fun.

I think Godfather II is a better movie then The Godfather.

Any Top 10 movie list that does not contain Animal House or Strange Brew is not worthy of recognition.
