I hope you're wrong but who knows Mike.
As far as Rice is concerned, it seems like an unwise state. She doesn't carry any state for the GOP, tabbing her won't win the AA vote and it won't do much with women. Rubio helps the GOP hold on to Florida, is young and pacifies the conservatives.

those are good points on Rice.
But I think you have to be very careful nominating someone like Rubio who is in no way shape or form ready to be the POTUS. I don't care if he is young, exciting, conservative, Hispanic. I think Chis Christie may be a decent choice. The conservatives like him despite his moderate views, the moderates like him because he feels genuine (and not hyper-conservative). |
