It's a term of endearment and a call to action.

Mrs Goose spent most of her childhood on the mean streets of Sheridan and the rest of her teenage years on the even meaner streets of Gillette. Buffalo is a great little town, however.

Welcome poke. It'll be interesting to see a less censored version of poke here on the board. Should be interesting too if he decides to come post after a BYU beat down of Wyoming drunk.

Gillette just might be the most "hard scrabble" town I've ever had to refill the gas tank in.

It must be something in the water in Gillette. For a small, seemingly insignificant mining town in Northeast Wyoming, they sure make the national news a lot. Multiple homicides, lovers triangle involving the high school principle. There have been several others that i can't think of right now. They also have a freakishly good basketball program that was nationally ranked a couple of years ago.

The "open" marriage I enjoy with my CU grad hippie wife is enough for me. Though I do enjoy "Big Love." Especially now that they don't show Bill Paxton's ass every episode. Can I say "ass" here? Never too early to test those boundaries.

You bet your ass you can. We're okay with most stuff unless it gets out of hand to the point of a barroom brawl.
