My 7 year old is running her first triathlon. 100m swim 3 mile bike .75 mile run up in Fredricksburg.

We always go to this great place in canada. its right across the bridget has a great beach (cold water though) a nice park and even a petting zoo for the kids. Basically the whole ward goes up for a picknick

We are going crawdadding. Annual summer tradition. We just decided to do it on the fourth this year. We will catch a few hundred of the little critters and boil them up.
