It was something that was added to the full santos due to some trolls that would continue boardmail obscene, racist and vulgar messages to random posters over and over again.

It was at the end of the 2004 season during the Crowton firing and Bronco hiring. I mentioned it in the thread linked by ewthater. Not that exciting, sorry.

Looking at that thread prompts me to wonder whatever happened to woot and has he really been gone since March. Not that I miss him. Maybe he is this T Blue boob.
