Only in extreme circumstances is "securities fraud" criminlized. In most cases only civil penalities or liability is imposed. There has to be literally stealing and/or wilfull lying. Are you aware something like that has gone on here?

It makes the dollar even weaker. And yes, inflation is one of the fears whenever you print more money.
