No, but his entire policy of dealing with the Gitmo prison, and terrorist threats in general is putting our country at risk. He says he is going to close Gitmo, yet he doesn't have a plan on what to do the the prisoners yet? We have already let people go that are back in Al Qaeda. For example, one guy we let go is now the number 2 leader for Al Qaeda in Yemen.

If that was the case, Gitmo would not have been setup in the first place. You think giving these scumbags MORE rights, and all the benefits the accused have under the Constitution, and our legal system would have made it easier to prosecute them?
