In Cold Blood
The latest in my bid to read some many of the classics in literature, particularly American literature.
An excellent book, history that reads like a novel and that is exquisitely researched. Capote does an excellent job of framing first hand accounts inside his own observations. He even manages to make the two murderers someone, if not altogether, sympathetic. On the other hand, those boys really deserved to hang. It makes me want to see 'Capote' now. Interesting side note: Truman Capote and Harper Lee use to live down the street from each other(To Kill A Mockinbird was my last read).

The character Dill is based on Truman Capote.
