Guy sentenced to 50 years for his third murder! Incredible, what does it take to get someone locked up permanently, or executed? Luckily there is always some fancy-schmancy lawyer in the Northwest who is willing to martyrize herself and try and spring him. Scum. |

HERself? We have an adversarial system, buddy, so that's the way it works if the prosecutors don't do their jobs, too. I thought they did better in TX.

No, we are talking about the post-conviction 15th appeal here. THere are people that do this pro-bono, then they do speaking engagements (telling heart rending stories of victimization [of the criminal]) and get awards at banquets.
