Archaea is an unknown quantity at this point
Default BYU athletic fortunes?

Is BYU doing as well as we can expect, or as well as will be achievable in light of its current administration?

With Utah as a comparative example, I would conclude that BYU is underachieving in the two money sports. And given the lack of fire from the top, I suggest it's by virture of leadership BYU is not maximizing its opportunities.

In the old days, I would anticipate apologists showing why current achievements are extremely fortunate and worth crowing about. Color me unimpressed. Could it be worse? Absolutely. Should it be as bad as it is? I don't think so.
