Absolutely I am. The level of corruption in Utah state politics is unbelievable right now. Articles like this are published almost daily:
http://deseretnews.com/article/1%2C5...3611%2C00.html We are doing all we can to try to throw the bums out, including campaigning for RaDene Hatfield who is trying to oust Curt Bramble. One of the main issues we are highlighting is campaign finance ethics. According to Utah law, there is no limit as to how campaign donations are spent. So corporations donate to legislators (who often run unopposed) allowing them to stockpile large sums of cash which they can spend for anything; boats, cars, new home, whatever. Some legislators make hundreds of thousands of dollars. There is a push now to change the law so that unused campaign money is either returned to the party or donated to charity (which is typical for states with an actual two-party system). The sad thing is, most people don't even seem to care. As long there is an R by the name, they assume all is well. It is maddening.
